“awesome place ! I was more than happy with the service and the pricing .\nthe staff is top notch and have very good customer service skills.\n\nI bought a set of tires and my car needed brakes .\nI didn't say anything about the brakes when\nI took the car in but they check it and took me out to the car and showed me what was wrong .\n\nI had another tire store look at the brakes before I went to Big 10 and they said I needed all sorts of things to repair the brakes .\n\nThanks God the guys at Big 10 were honest .\nthe car didn't need any of the things the other shop said I needed .\njust a pad replacement and fixing the rotors\nturning them I believe was all I needed at a very good price \nmy car stops better than it ever has and I got lifetime warranty on the part for less than 150 dollars .\n\nI will be a customer at Big 10 for a long time .\n\nthanks to Tim and his crew for making my visit a pleasure .\n\nI will be back when I need anything in the future ! ” -
