STS Tire & Auto Center
Waste of money
“They charge too high, for everything parts/labor/shop supplies etc, better not to go for it and wont even clean the oil stains on your vehicle.\nthey will disclose the code and make of the parts which they put in your car even if you ask for it.\nI will never go back to them again - take this as an advice or hint.” -

Cooper Brothers Tire & Auto
An awful establishment
“Having put a gash in one of my tires, I slowly pulled into Cooper Brothers Tire at 4:45 p.m. and asked if they could fix my tire. They told me I would have to leave my car overnight. I explained that I didn't live locally and asked if they would just put the spare on my car so I could get home. The desk clerk refused saying they closed at 5 pm. It was cold, snowy, dark, and AAA couldn't come out for 3 hours. I also had my daughter with me who was getting upset, so I asked him to reconsider since the shop was still open for another 15 minutes and it wouldn't have taken more than that to change the tire. He said there was no one there that could do it(there were 4 guys still working in the garage bay). After considering my options, and out of courtesy, I went back into the shop to tell the desk clerk that I would be changing the tire myself. To top it all off, he told me he couldn't allow me to change the tire in his parking lot. I couldn't believe anyone could be so cold, disagreeable and heartless. You'd have to be crazy to bring your car to Cooper Brothers Tire. I know I never will again, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to boycott this awful establishment. \n \n”
